Absolutely the rudest people I have ever encountered at the Kemah Woodforest located in Walmart! If someone wants the crappiest customer service in the world these people are sure to exceed expectations!

People complaining about making change is ridiculous. You wouldn't walk into another bank and ask for 100s of dollars worth of change. The bank is open seven days a week. Mrs Kim is a ray of sunshine and handles all my banking needs. If you want the benefit of a convenient bank for change purposes open an account or use your current bank. Also open on holidays when I need them and my other banks are closed.

For years now we’ve used this bank to make change when we’re unable to get to our own bank , it’s always been a god send and appreciated. Today though when we went to make change for 100 we were turned away, they stated this directive came from the top and they’re unable to make change for anything more then $50. Just here to say it’s a bad policy.
