I went to this branch to open a checking account at 5:30. I was a approved by a teller and was directed to Joanna Kwok. Her first question was what brought me to the bank. The second question was if I was a citizen. Then she asked me ti come back the next day because they were going to close at 6. I chose not to bank with chase. I am now with Wells Fargo.

I love chase but wont return to this branch when I want to get money out of my account I dont want to deal with a machine I will be using a different branch I fell so bad for all those tellers losing there jobs

I have banked at this branch on and off since it was a Washington Mutual Branch. When it switched over I had terrible experiences. More recently, over the last two years my experience and the people assigned at this branch have turned over and everyone there is extremely helpful and friendly. I am just sad that they have eliminated the drive up window at Chase Branches in this area,

I have been banking here for 27 years (I think it was Bank United then) and have always liked the people and service. Since Chase took over the customer service has dwindled as the service charges have inflated. I took away one star for that.nnNow they have closed the drive through. One less star.nnSince I have to do my banking online or at an ATM, I might as well move to an online bank that pays interest and actually has free checking.
