This is a review of the Wells Fargo credit card. Highest rate (store card) and inconsistent customer service. Some reps are really helpful but there are others in call center it sounds like there was no training at all.

Great bank if you dont mind sitting in line for 45 minutes. Teller told me i was short a PENNY, sent the tube back, and sitting in the bottom of the tube was said penny. No wonder they are so slow.

I used to like this branch and come here for all my transactions. They are very unorganized and from what I have experienced lately seems like the staff have gotten lazy. I will not be coming to this branch anymore!
