A super bad experience from the get go. Maybe because they are too busy and can't individually pay attention to each customers. Not going back to this location Missouri city again though.
This branch needs attention. Dirty tables fingerprints everywhere ud83eudd22. With what's going on think they would be a little more sanitary. Alma's always had a bad attitude when I go in super salty. Only go here if I have too
This bank is terrible. Says they do money orders online and when I arrive and wait in line with the one teller they have, apparently they don’t do money orders? She barley spoke English, rude and lazy. Tried to call them to talk to someone else to double check and it says all of them are busy, while I’m sitting in the empty parking lot. Lazy employees who don’t care about the buisness.

Terrible experience. Literally no customers in the bank and i wasn’t even acknowledged when I came in. There were 2 tellers and 3 people each in their offices and NOBODY acknowledged me. When a lady finally came out she asked what i needed. I listed 3 things. She simply said they were booked with appointments and wouldn’t be able to help me and then asked was that ok. She didn’t even address all three things. Smh. Obviously i came to the bank because i have questions that need answers.....i left still having unawares questions and unresolved issues. Terrible customer service!!!! If you like Bank of America do NOT use this location because it’ll make you want to take your money elsewhere smh!
