Waited in my car until they were supposed to open (10:00) just to be turned away (by an associate????) at 10:05 because they “didn’t have an associate there yet”... will not be returning
Fairly good variety and mostly friendly agents.
Excellent place to find shoes for any occasion. The staff is highly knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. I worked with the Assistant Manager, Tiffany, she was excellent.
Tiffany was awesome! She help me from a-z as I had just moved to the area and stared a new job. She helped me pick out the best shoes for my suit and also gave me help on matching styles. Would definitely recommend speaking with her when you shop here.
I shop at DSW often and this is my least favorite in the whole metroplex. Checkout is slow and the staff is either new or just really needs more customer service training.
