Super friendly and helpful staff, dog washing stations and a great variety of products! Doesn't hurt that it's in the shopping strip with Sprouts, Starbucks, nails salon and Domino's... One stop shopping for us
I freaking love this place it is so awesome! I have never seen anything like it, I live in Tyler and anytime I come up to the Dallas area I have to go! They have a super convient dog wash station in the back for $10! The staff is extremely nice and helpful and the best part look at those adorable dog treats (pictured below) they even have animals you can buy! The store is pretty much split into a dog and cat side so whatever your creature I highly recommend them!
The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of food, treats, toys, and accessories for dogs, cats, and small animals. They have fish and birds as well. The store is clean and well organized. It is always easy to find what I need.

I was not impressed. I found them to be overpriced on almost everything that I needed. For example the Reptisafe Water Conditioner (for my aquatic turtle) was $9.99 I get it for $5.99 elsewhere. I found this to be the norm on pricing, like their soft protective Cone Collar $25/$12.99, etc, etc.nAlso, the girl at the checkout totally ignored me and wouldn't even acknowledge that I was standing there for a good 5 minutes. I definitely will not be going there again.
