I can never leave this place with only what I came for. There are just so many great products! The staff is super friendly and helpful, I've never come across a staff member that didn't look happy and ready to help. I've yet to use their self serve bathing station because I own a grooming shop, myself. But as a dog grooming shop owner, I can say that the set up is amazing.nI love the fact that you can earn rewards!

I have experience with this pet store they sell great products like food and cages and supplies for your animals. But the thing about this place is the pets please don’t purchase the pets from this place they will pass away and it is very sad I had a got a chinchilla from the place and took it to the vet to get it a check up because I noticed it was acting up 2 days after and it had a bacterial infection and passed within days. Another ferret was purchased from another person from this store and after 3 weeks it sadly passed away horribly started with his back legs not being able to function and then passed. Overall the supplies are amazing and a good brand for most stuff but the pets are a no go.

Great place! Staff was very welcoming and able to help. I needed some products to aid in the health and dander of my cat’s fur coat. I had some worries because she’s in her senior years and I didn’t want anything that would irritate her skin. I was happy with my purchase!

During Texas Snowmageddon 2021...we live in our RV (Fifth wheel) and were so busy getting it prepped for negative temps...we forgot we needed more kibbles...we did call the store first and they said they were open and had electricity...SO, we HAD to go out and LUCKILY, we found the nicest, kindest people who let us come in their store, which had no power because it had JUST gone out...they helped me find the Dog Kibbles we needed as well as their last little sweater for our Sofie and we just want to thank them for 1. Being open 2. Even after they had no power (I did pay cash) 3. They helped me with kindness and smiles! Thank you to the manager Nancy and her AWESOME employee Cassidee! Thank you-beyond!
