Dr. Banks makes visiting the gynecologist a pleasant experience. She is listens, she asks questions, she makes me feel comfortable talking about what I'm experiencing. When she delivered my baby she remembered my wishes and she did such a great job of taking care of all of us! She feels like a great friend!

Dr. Banks is absolutely wonderful and amazing. She delivered our little girl and made our labor and delivery experience something we will always treasure. Dr. Banks is compassionate, knowledgeable and so sweet! Highly highly recommended her!

From the beginning i was skeptical because Dr. Birmingham kept pushing surgical procedures for any complaint I had but I managed to work my way out of her talking me into anything. Months pass and in October came in for a cyst which i had lanced in office. Cyst returns in February times two. Luckily one of them went away on its own but the other was large and very painful. Needless to say i believe at this point it made it past that stage and into a full blown abscess. At this point it was infected but she said she saw no infection and sent me on my way and told me surgeries were back up and I may not get in for 4 weeks. Scheduled surgery for sooner than expected and was left to be miserable and in pain for several days. Decided to go get a second opinion prior to the surgery and sure enough had an abscess that was very much infected. Word to the wise if a cyst is painful it’s not a cyst it’s an abscess which means it’s infected. I’m so glad i went to see someone who cares about people and not money. This could have ended very differently. Use your second opinions ladies!!! I now have found the best Gyn and she even does virtual visits as well. Do not go where your not wanted but your money is.nnUpdate: spoke with office manager today and was told that this doctor wrote in my chart in her notes that i refused drainage of an abscess. This is despicable, now I’m convinced that this was done on purpose, why would i refuse a service to stay in pain then go to another doctor to get it drained and pay again. Or even get this refuse immediate relief for a surgery going to cost over $1000. I’m reporting this to my insurance company and anyone else who needs to know what this doctor did.

Dr Kight is incredible. I had my baby 9 weeks early via emergency c section and I felt completely cared for. Her care and bedside manner is unmatched. She is as kind as she is knowledgeable. Will be going back to her for my future pregnancies!

Heather Caudell caught some complications I wasn't aware off before the situation got worse. She saved us from having a traumatic birth experience. I recommend Heather Caudell because she will make sure you have the best possible birth experience.
