I had a issue and come into the branch. I had a discussion with the Manager Antonio Hulbin. I was very impressed with him. He is the epitome of professionalism and courtesy.
There we’re supposed to be open today, ha! My husband has an account there, they are NEVER open
Every stop I’ve made here for anything to be done in the past has been quick and professional, and the management is great.
Not open during useful hours, no drive through any thing, better have time to spare if you plan on going in. Sat for 15 min with only one other customer in the building. Ended up just leaving.
Now this bank opens at 10:00, so forget taking care of anything before work. They shut down the Drive Ups. Lines are normally Long inside and they aren't in any hurry. Great place for an employee to work, but not for customers to use. Guess the phrase (Banker's Hours) is coming back.
