Went here with a friend today. Madison was SO helpful even though we both are a bit picky and needy, she even helped me find a pair of shoes in the kids section that I liked better than the adult shoes. So creative. Also, Anythony is a very nice fella! They offered us coupons that even stacked with the Tanger coupon and we got 3 pairs for $100 due to a clearance sale. Great experience.
I was debating whether I should put this up or not and decided I should.... I was at this store with my girlfriend about a week ago as soon as we walked in I felt instant profiling. We walked around the store admiring the shoes and every time we got close to the door this one female employee would stand at the door as if we were trying to run of the store with the merchandise... I will never go back her again, not only was me and my girl upset it’s a shame how we were treated...
There are only 10 people allowed in the store at a time , there is a long line first shopping day after Christmas BUT Anthony was AMAZING ! They came out to the line , asked for sizes , let you know what was + wasn’t available so that you weren’t in the line just to be disappointed . The customer service was worth the wait . Very organized + safe
Horrible and rude customer service. Store was merchandised poorly and product was placed with incorrect marketing. When I asked for it to be honored I was rudely denied like it was my fault there was a whole size run of shoes in the wrong place.
Amazing customer, even better than Chick Fil A in my opinion!
