Super friendly staff, helpful an great prices an coupons! Only buy my shoes here, best place! Love it!
Sales people are very unfriendly and extremely pushy. Shoes are NOT good quality. I wore a pair of $60 sandals one time and they fell apart. I don't know about all the products, but the specific one I bought was NOT a real Steve Madden product. The label was sadly glued on to the shoe and came completely off after one wear. The REAL Steve Madden website as better deals than this store and the shoes are authentic and amazing quality. Do not waste your time or money at this store :)
NEVER steeping foot into this location again. I’ve made sure that all of my family and friends do the same. I have never gone through what I experienced at this location. This is the first time in my life that I’ve ever experienced racial profiling. The assistant manager in this location was watching my sister and my every move. I felt so uncomfortable and have never felt so violated. This assistant manager had an associate follow us through every single aisle. I personally heard her tell her associate to keep an eye on us after asking us if we needed help just minutes before and kindly letting her know that we didn’t need any. We calmly approached the assistant manager and told her that we would not be purchasing because of the way she and her employees stalked us. She denied everything. There were a couple of other customers in the store but none of them were being asked for help or followed. It’s sad to say that there are still people out there that judge by race and I truly will pray for them, especially this assistant manager. Will never be returning to this location and corporate will be hearing from me as well. Shame on you!
RACIALLY PROFILED. I had a similar experience to Shanelle Perez on this thread. My brother and I were followed around by an employee, she never asked to help us, stood about 2 feet away and simply stared at us. At least act like you’re fixing merchandise, I understand people steal, but the way to go about it definitely says a lot about management and the way things are handled here.nOther people in the store who obviously were of lighter complexion were not followed or stood by like a toddler. It’s almost 2020 and nothing has changed, you can be a former pro baseball player like my self, RN like my brother, or any law abiding citizen of color and still be judged. Will not be buying Steve Madden ever again.
Super cute shoes!! I’m actually writing this review because one of their employees was very helpful to my husband and I today. The store was pretty busy and she did a great job making sure to greet and help everyone she could. The only thing I don’t love about the store is that it’s really small, which kind of makes it difficult to shop and try on shoes. But besides that - I love it!
