The lady I spoke to today was absolutely the rudest representative I’ve ever spoken too the whole time I’ve been with Chase. Also, she lied about policy and didn’t wanna do the extra work that was needed to get the job done. Also not very knowledgeable of her job considering pending transactions can be cancelled and you don’t have to file a claim for that. I knew that and I don’t even do banking. Horrible experience, I’m just glad this isn’t my local bank.
Drove all the way up here just to find out that they removed all their outside ATMs, lolwat
Just left that bank. A customer was in there openly bashing the current teacher strike while engaging with bank workers in the middle of the lobby. Mentioning how the teachers names should be plastered on the news, and possibly fired. Took all I had to keep quiet as I have family and several great friends that are educators. Not the place to hold such a conversation. Only reason I’m not giving a 1 star is I’m hoping the bank employee was just apeezing this customer but they were watching videos together so who knows. I won’t be back to that branch and shut my business account down from there.
Everyone at the Glenmary branch is friendly and knowledgeable. They have helped with a variety of personal and business banking matters and have resolved everything in an efficient and professional manner.
I have been banking here since the branch was built. The folks are so nice and extremely knowledgeable and helpful!
