Hunter is a great employee who is the best at customer service! He has helped my husband and I buy shoes and has also saved my Christmas by helping us with a skateboard through their Austin store! Thank you Tyler's for an amazing staff!
my favorite shop
Products were great quality. The customer service lacked. No hello when we came in. No can we help you find something. We walked thru one side of the store to the other and past several workers and they never acknowledged us. Will not spend my money here or time.
Can't speak for the whole store, I just went in for running shoes. After waiting a while, I went to find a sales person. Was not very knowledgeable about shoes, had difficulty answering pretty simple questions. Four stars because they are the only retailer that carries the shoe I wanted.
Cool spot and price is not bad.
