Dr Padilla and his great staff have been my Doctor for the past 10 years and has seen me for a large variety of issues. Every time he knew exactly what was wrong and provided the perfect treatment if it was needednnI cannot speak highly enough about Dr Padilla and staff. These type of healthcare professionals are next to impossible to find in today's world.nnHonestly don't know what I will do if they retire before I pass awaynnThey are kind, compassionate, and professional.nnIf you need a doctor, give them a chance, you will not be disappointed

Dr. Padilla was willing to take me on as a new patient during a very challenging time of my life. I am a victim of crime, which means I have no insurance and no real ability to see a great doctor that doesn't work with the victim board of compensation. He has been fabulous. He is thorough, received all my history and records before treating me, talked with me about my conditions and follows up each month, even having a call with me personally every few months to make sure I am being treated the way I need to be. I am so thankful to have been introduced to Hillcrest and Dr. Padilla. His team of patient care coordinators are all incredible and professional as well. They are in touch, helpful, quick to reply and kind as can be. I spent a good few months in Dallas over quarantine, and I still stick to Dr. Padilla via telehealth and phone / email. He's hands down one of the best doctors I've ever had and if you're between a few--I say look no further - choose Dr. Padilla and Hillcrest! Mike is one of the crew as well, and he is AWESOME. :)

The stellar reviews you see are 100% accurate. I almost don’t want to tell people how much I love Dr. Padilla because I don’t him to get too popular ud83eudd23ud83dude4c. Not only is he one of the coolest doctors I’ve ever met, but he is a master at Botox / vanity luxuries!! Dr. P can tackle everything from a sinus infection to making you look 10 years younger...and better so than any “specialist” I’ve gone to for that kind of thing. Once a trauma surgeon, he’s now the best kept neighborhood secret I know of!

Wow. What a horrible experience. I scheduled an appointment with doctor Padilla based off of the reviews through Zocdoc. However, I wish I could go back in time.nnThe check-in process was not bad at all. Receptionist was very informative. She explained to me that in order to do a fully annual physical exam I should fast. I explained that when I used zocdoc to schedule the appointment, the only time open was in the afternoon and there was nothing there that said I should fast. Also, the doctor staff normally call the prospective patient to advise of the clinic’s policy.nnHere is where my problem rise, the nurse called me, she did not even say hi how are you, she looked at me with a mad face, so I was like okay fine. Then, when we went to the room she started telling me that in order to do an annual physical exam I needed to fast so I tried to explain to her that on the app there was nothing that said I should fast and that usually doctors discuss the issue first to then see if there is a need for blood test. She did not let me finish and talk over me. I was like okay...nnThen when the doctor arrived I tried to tell him that his nurse was rude to me but he is the type of person who does not accept constructive criticism. I did not raise my voice, I did not say any mean word, it was merely a criticism. At the end of the day, he is a business man offering a service and I am a customer. Am I wrong?nnHe said “We are not a good fit and it is better you find another doctor I will follow you to the door”.nIn conclusion, I don’t know if the nurse was mean to me because she did not like my face, because she had a bad day, or because it is simply her personality. I just got impressed by the way she talked to me and tried to report to the doctor.nnThe good news is that God takes care of me well and I scheduled an appointment with another doctor through zocdoc same day and the doctor staff called me and said I don’t need to fast, that if there is a need to do blood test the doctor would discuss this with me to collect the blood and that if there was any any information they needed from me they would call me. This is what I call great customer service.nnMy advice: Do not trust this reviews. Your experience is unique. I am a very positive girl and I never imagined I would be treated like this. Literally the first time. So I really hope your experience will be better than mine.
