I went to this branch to withdraw cash to give it to my employees as Christmas bonuses. Had to have it today. The claimed they couldn’t cover the withdrawal. A few thousand dollars.nMy BANK did not have enough money to give me MY money. In one of the richest neighborhoods in America. There is no excuse.

Worst bank in the history of banks. After 10AM on a Monday and the drive thru is closed. The teller inside is yelling at an older gentleman telling him he’s wrong. The line is 15 deep with only two people working...

Always a terrible experience here. Besides Bank Of America being a terrible bank, this branch is probably the worst. Always long lines, atms that will take your debit cards, and rude cashiers.nnI suggest just banking with someone else!
