Not many selections for toddlers. All the shoes feel pretty cheap, despite the name brand.
Excellent customer service and respect as a person. The salesperson showed a willingness to help and please me. I love that. Also was very knowledgeable about her job. I will be going back again and again.
The Associate Aaron was unprofessional in the way that he handled my transaction. He asked me if I wanted to exchange. I told him no because I purchased new shoes last week anticipating the exchange. He gave me all small bills the majority in 1 dollar bills because he didn't like the return. The unprofessional person didn't give me the larger bills although I requested he do so. Then he just gave it to me and didn't bother to count it out. I have spent literally hundreds of dollars in the last 3 weeks with a plan to return but you can guarantee they will not see any of my money. I would never choose to tolerate rudeness and disrespect. He would benefit from customer service training.

The manager Kassandra is very helpfull. She took the time to address my concerns and I ended up HAPPILY spending lots of money. I won't go anywhere else for my kids sports apperal
