My favorite store to shop for my clothes. I always have a wonderful experience because the customer service is so nice and courteous. PS. Would love to have better coupons!

My first experience there was great. I purchased a button down shirt and 2 t-shirts. I returned the button down and tried to exchange 1 of the t-shirts for another color. When I purchased them they were $30 or 2 or more $20 each. The sales person tried to charge me $10 for the shirt I was trying to exchange for another color.

Disappointed at the service that my husband experienced today. This location WAS our go to since we live less than 15mins away and we have always been greeted and helped with no problem. My husband went in today to purchase some work shoes and waited for at least 20 minutes to be checked out with no one assisting him & shoes in hand when another customer then walks in and your hispanic male employee proceeded to assist them in a matter of seconds & still tells my husband that he would be with him in a minute. Horrible! & I’m upset that I wasn’t there to address it Especially considering the amount of money we spend there. So since our money and loyalty isn’t as important as other customers to you all my husband obviously left without purchasing the shoes. We will not be returning and I suggest better training in the discrimination and customer service categories.
