by far the best service I’ve ever received. The young ladies are so warm and welcoming and they have GREAT customer service. They helped me out to pick out 4 outfits for my wife. Will be coming back

Best customer service I've ever received. I've been coming here for years and these girls are amazing. I don't understand how other people come here and say other wise. I've seen some of these customers get crazy for no reason. So I wouldn't blame the poor associates for refusing service. They always go above and beyond and I will continue to come here. I will make that drive from Grand Prairie just to come shop.

The Store Manager needs to be removed from the Foot Locker brand. She is the least bit professional and/or courteous. On several occasions I've walked in, never received a greeting while she either is messing with her hair or on the phone. Her attitude is not indicative to the company and or brand. However, this has definitely prompted me to start ordering online instead bc the store experience is so horrible. My brother and sisters wont even enter the store with me due to the last few interactions there (or lack of customer service). On the other hand, there is a lovely sales associate (full time) that does try to rectify any objective on my visits. I am unsure of her name, but shes about 5'5, younger, Latina, and full of positive vibes and product knowledge. I wish I could give credit to her directly. She is probably the only reason this store has any traffic. She has broken down shoe performance and recommended sports apparel for my cross training on several occasions. Dear corporate, I suggest you have this location secret shopped, before the condition worsens.

WHILE AT #LADYFOOTLOCKER IN CEDAR HILL SECURITY WAS CALLED ON ME BECAUSE I WAS DISPUTING A GIFT CARD THAT I HAD GIVEN TO MY LITTLE COUSIN FOR HER GRADUATION WHERE SHE WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO BALANCE. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND AN INVESTIGATION WAS CONDUCTED WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE THE REP CONCLUDED THE FUNDS HAD BEEN DEDUCTED BUT NOT CREDITED TOWARDS PURCHASE, LEAVING MY LITTLE COUSIN IN EMBARRASSMENT. I GAVE HER THE CUSTOMER NUMBER I WAS GIVEN AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO HAVE ANY STORE REP TO CALL THEIR CARE SUPPORT NUMBER AND PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER CLAIM NUMBER. SHE CALLED HUNG UP AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR 1 MINUTE. I THEN PROCEEDED TO ADVISING THAT I HAD TO WAIT OVER 30 MINUTES TO GET THROUGH. SHE THEN WENT TO CALL FOR SECURITY IN THE BACK WHILE AWAY FROM REGISTER. I RECORDED THE SECURITY GUARD WHO THEN CONFRONTED ME ON RECORDING HIM. HE CONFRONTED ME AFTER I STOPPED RECORDING HE APPROCHED ME AND ASKED ME IF I WAS RECORDING I TOLD HIM YES HE THEN WALKED AWAY. AFTER THE ORDEAL WE GOT THE GIFT CARD RE-FUNDED BUT ARE VERY UPSET WITH #FOOTLOCKER IVE BEEN BUYING JORDANS FROM THIS STORE SINCE I WAS 12 WHEN I HAD MY 1ST JOB AND GOD NOWS IVE LOOKED HOOD AND NEVER HAD SECURITY NOR COPS CALLED ON ME.SO DISAPPOINTED. #FOOTLOCKER

I wouldn't suggest for anyone to go to this location. A customer in front of me was trying to return a shoe and the manager refused by stating the shoe looked like it had been worn. The customer then placed the shoe she purchased against a display shoe and they look exactly the same. The manager couldn't even explain her reasoning. The manager treated her so bad and even talked about her after she left the store. I believe the manager and sales associate were racist. I didn't even think about purchasing my shoes after that for in fear the same thing could happen to me. The manager wasn't friendly and her attitude definitely showed that she didn't care about the customer or Lady's Footlocker reputation. Very unprofessional, I won't be returning. Now I see why Northpark no longer has a Lady Footlocker!
