Great place for shoes!!!
I am absolutely disappointed in the raffle policy for Hibbett. The process needs fixing. After learning that I won the raffle for the highly coveted Jordan Bred IV, i was excited until I learned of the impossible window of time for pick up (10 am yo 11 am). I am a disabled vet who missed a lot of my older kids life due to deployment. My youngest has 2 morning basketball games an hour away, which I have never missed one to date. I talked to the manager and asked if I could have an additional hour to pick up or even call in the morning of and pay over the phone and pick up later. The answer was of course no, they wont let anyone pick them up for me either. I'm not upset at the staff but I am upset at the policy. I have been waiting on the shoes since I heard of the release, but if I have to choose between a pair of shoes and supporting my kid, then I just have to go without. Man this sucks.
Tomek was an absolute delight.; knew shoes, knew feet and knew which shoes were best for my feet. I will be back in 500 miles or less! Thank you. Highly recommend visiting this shop for your next pair of shoes/sneakers.
