Needed to wire a large amount of money and was having trouble doing it online. I went in Friday morning to get help and reassurance that my money would be wired to the correct place. They told me I had to have an appointment to get help with that and the next appointment wouldn’t be until Tuesday afternoon. They offered to give me online wiring instructions and sent me on my way, haha. Sorry folks, but for a $50k transaction (that’s time sensitive) I need some reassurance since it says online that the money is not recoverable if there is an error.nnTransferred my money to my ally account to do the wire and will be closing all 4 of my boa accounts.

One of the worst bank of america. The line is all the way outsider and they have one teller. Nor good!

Bank of America can't tell you the same thing twice...fraud turned off my debit card while I was out of town at 2am...no BofA in Oklahoma near me...out of gas and no one takes Google Pay...bofa says they will overnite a card..3 days later still no card..go to brick and morter center..no one there to get a temp card...call in wait 30 minutes..no one can give me a tracking number...after 33 years as a customer I will change banks as soon as I arrange my auto deposits. This is the WORST customer service ever.

Very poor customer service. Came to this location at 9:05am to have a piece of paper notarized. Only customers in the bank were at the teller and that was two customers. No other customer within plain sight. Waited close to 5 minutes to be acknowledged while two ladies were in the corner talking about their personal life and what they did the previous night. I approached another employee and she said the 9am appointment is running late and that they are booked up today for any notary and that I can go to the UPS store instead. I understand they have appointments and all but if the 9am appointment is not there, you can't fit in a walk-in for something so simple. After being there for 10 minutes and no service, I was in and out of UPS in less than 2 minutes with my paper notarized. Great job UPS!!! Poor job BofA toward a customer who has been with y'all for 35 years.
