Very rude and unprofessional employees.They move slow like people do not have anything else to do.
My 15 year old daughter and I went into the Cedar Hill branch today to open her 1st teen checking account. We were assisted by Tracie Manning who was very helpful and showed great customer service!!!! Im sure my daughter will remember Tracie and this experience for a long time! Thank you Wells Fargo and Tracie for your help.

Go elsewhere. You have been warned. These people Andre, Rhonda and Aubrey...wow. I gave them all the information they asked for.. was completely transparent from day 1. I called them back every time they called...I left messages even when they didn't call. I sent them emails and everything they requested... crickets. I get a notice that my balance is zero??? I called and they say they mailed me a check and closed my account because I didn't get them the information they requested?? Absolutely horrible customer service. And totally clueless. Go to a more sophisticated, intelligent bank (likely local)...clearly these guys are kindergarten based knowledge. They wasted so much of my time and money... because they don't have a clue. Again go elsewhere.. you have been warned.
I called Cedar HIll and asked a simple question and the girl could not answer by question. I asked the representative for her last name and she refused to give it to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on eternal hold. I would not recommend this branch. This is ridiculous!
