I have been here for about 10 years! I love the customer service I am always greeted by name. Amanda the Teller is awesome! Never had a issue with this bank!
Tried to deposit a check and they put it on hold for an entire week! I have no money to pay things i need to pay! I have $20 for the week! I could've just cashed the check. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this bank and will be switching as soon as they decide to give me my money. Absolutely ridicilous.
Been banking here for 7 years now. I deposited a check on tuesday and they put it on hold until next tuesday. I deposited that check because i had bills to pay, now i have no money until they feel like giving me MY MONEY. I could've just cashed my check and i wouldnt been broke. Now I have to pay late fees and disconnection fees because they put MY MONEY on hold for an entire week. I have no money. I do not recomment this bank and I will be switching as soon as they give me my money. They deserve 0 stars!
Awesome bank. From Lubbock to Dallas I've always had excellent service. No problems with this bank at all.
