Very ignorant.. make sure you tell them 2 or 3 times what you need.
Bank of America is literally the worst bank in the world. I can’t wait to withdraw my account and take my money to chase! I don’t know how people continue to bank with this corporation with their terrible service. On top of that, what kind of bank doesn’t have a drive up teller window? Useless.
A few of the employees who work in the offices have been friendly and warm, but I would kindly suggest that they move the two men who are tellers into positions that don't deal with customers. They are probably wonderful people, but they don't understand the power and importance of a kind greeting and a smile (and conversely, the negative impact from the lack of warmth and caring). I used to be a teller back in the day, and I saw that the tellers set the atmosphere for the whole bank. They are far more important than they realize! (Perhaps with some training, these two young men could become the most amazing employees ever!) Thank you for listening! Now more than ever, people need the few interactions they are allowed during the day to be encouraging and uplifting!
Strongly considering closing my accounts and banking else where. ATMS won't even deposit checks anymore. They want to do everything via app now, they are against human interaction, and giving people jobs.
If you need help you have to wait at least one hour dont waist your time here
