The owner is really good with kids. My boy had a snake and he was really good at explaining things to him and telling him things to do and not do to make the snake happy. Never have we had a problem with an animal we've got from them. PetSmart animals have always died after a few weeks of struggling to keep them alive.
Friendly and very helpful
I have a very shaggy Old English Sheepdog. He is kind of a grumpy old man, and he does not take kindly to being groomed. Which, sadly, is why he was such a mess when I took him for the first time to Dogpatch. I dropped my boy, Harold, off at 9am to the kindest folks; I felt truly secure leaving my baby with these folks. When they called me to pick him up-- a couple of hours before anticipated-- they let me know how good Harold was, and how much they loved him. (This is huge for an owner of a sometimes ornery pup.) When I picked him up, I nearly cried. The groomers did SUCH a wonderful job. He has never been so handsome, and I appreciate tremendously everything Dogpatch did to help us. Especially as a first time client. I live in New Orleans, but we will certainly be back for his next grooming at Dogpatch. It is worth the drive. Thank y'all so much!
Its a nice pet store. Employees are very nice and helpful. Items are a bit expensive compared to giant chain stores. Which is understandable it being a small business. So 5 stars for friendly service and a nice place for the animals there
I love ALL of their cute animals!! I wish I could take the all home!!
