Went into the store with my family, and the employees were very nice and attentive. I went in to try a shoe on just to check my size in that style. They didn’t have it but offered a close second. Was a sales item and the last pair. They scoured the back for it, turns out wasn’t a pair, which was ok! The store manager Kim was awesome, She gave us some great info and was very nice. Had a wonderful conversation with her. The customer service offered there is top notch, and will definitely have future customers in my family and I. Thank you Kim and staff for all the help.

I just started buying Jordan’s and I dealt with and was helped by Marquis . This guys knowledge and enthusiasm for the product was refreshing . Super Friendly . Great job Marquis . I felt like I was buying shoes from a long time Friend . I’ll be back . Plus Shoe Palace seems to be 20$ cheaper than the other Jordan sellers in the mall . Always check the prices here before buying anywhere else . I had some on hold at Champs that were 30 $ more . Bought em here instead .

The manager is a crook, I bought some shoes that were marked down to $60.00, as the sales associate had said, when I got to pay the lady was like “your total is 97.00”, i was like huh? The gentleman just told me $60.00, so the manager immediately jumped in and said no that’s not the real price, come to find out the cashier and the manager had pulled off the marked down price of $60.00 and charged me 89.99, I’m not a cheap person but if I can save a few bucks then why not, working in retail for quite some time that is false advertisement and I should’ve been honored that price, instead they pulled a fast one on me, that would be my first and last time in this place, they lost my business for good!
