I love these inserts. Prior to Ideal Feet I had been wearing another type of orthotic for years but the only type of shoe they fit were lace up so I was basically limited to sneakers. Ideal Feet's has orthotics that fit in different types of shoes, including sandals! I am so excited for sandal season this year. The customer service was extraordinary.

For years I’ve had problems with my knees where it has stopped me from being as active as I would like to be especially going to the gym, or simply just walking for a long period of time. My balance is horrible and it has given me problems with my back. I stopped by the store for a free consultation thinking it wouldn’t help, and amazingly just shocked by the relief I was given immediately! The service was great! Now I’m a HAPPY CUSTOMER! Thanks for all your help guys!

I had foot and back pain most of my life. I’ve been to chiropractors and physical therapists, all of it helped temporarily. I do not want to take painkillers for the rest of my life so I’ve dealt with the pain. I saw a billboard for this store that just opened near me so I stopped in and the gentlemen were very helpful and knowledgeable. Within minutes I felt less pressure on my feet and back, I felt like I was standing straighter. I am doing things pain free that I haven't done in years. I Highly recommend ideal feet.

I’ve been to many different places around town trying to find relief for my knee and back pain. It has been extremely painful for a long time and nothing has worked. I saw billboards for ideal feet and boy am I glad I didn’t give up. My knees and back haven’t felt this good in YEARS!! Audrey was so caring and patient as I was a bit crabby the day I came in. They had me fit with their system of supports for all my shoe styles. I just want to say thank you to Ideal Feet and if you are reading this and you were ready to give up like I was, DON’T!! People, please beware of this company. The high pressure, misleading sales tactics used by Ideal Feet seem very similar to The Good Feet stores which are the target of a class action lawsuit over misleading advertising and sales practices. If your having foot, knee, or back pain, please see and talk to a doctor. Ideal feet’s three step orthotics cost close to 1500 dollars and come with a no refund policy, and no guarantee. After visiting the Ideal Feet store, I went to Walmart and bought a pair of orthotics for under ten dollars. My feet feel the same with the Walmart orthotics as they did while testing the Ideal Feet orthotics. Please save yourself the time and aggravation caused by high pressure sales and no guarantee. On a brighter side, The store was clean and the staff was very friendly.
