I've been to other chain pet stores and I did not enjoy my experience they were the complete opposite of this store. I'm so pleased to see that not only are the supplies well stocked but the pets available look well kept up and thriving in their temporary environments. We added two new pets to our home. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and made us feel welcome throughout our time there.
Clean, friendly, and a very large selection of cat foods.nA lot of brands being distinued and discounted.nI bought one of those brands.
No one tried to help me during my shopping nor greeted as I entered the store. But the products for my tortoise were great.
Went here because my older sister needed some stuff for her lizard.nThe store was nice and clean and the employees were very helpful.nIts a shame most of the animals usually on display were no longer there to look at,but thats Covid for you!nYou have to mask up before entering but other than that,you can shop at your leisure.
Their customer service is terrible very rude. The grooming is good. But the rest is poor.
