I get my food from Pet Barn and LOVE their products and my fur baby loves his food...however at this location, which happens to be closest to my home, I always seem to have a bad customer service experience. The man at the counter is rude to me and short with me every time I go. Working in customer service myself, the first time I experienced this I figured he was just having a bad day, as we all do. But once it became a consistent occurrence every time I visited the store, I was very put off from going back. I’m most likely going to have to find another location farther from home, which is extremely disappointing as I was so excited by the proximity of this location.

Clean, friendly, great prices. My dog eats their store brand food, Activa, and has done well on it.
