Always a great experience shopping here! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help out. They have a wide variety of fish and supplies at reasonable prices.

First time coming after a bad experience at a local pet store. They have products that I needed immediately and would have had to wait 2 days for on Amazon AND at a fair price. Also, they have a great selection of fish tanks with stands/crowns that cost 3 times the amount when you order online due to shipping cost. Chris was very knowledgeable of the products they carry and helpful deciding.nEdit: saved a lot of money doing my 90 gallon tank, stand, canopy, and fluval x4 filter with them. They build and stain stand and canopy custom. Extremely pleased with the quality and service. Complete in 1-2 weeks added my pics.

Good variety of saltwater fish. However, there were several aquariums with dead fish or sick fish in them. Staff (Frank) was friendly and helpful. I plan to shop here again. Their prices were very reasonable. They charge $5.00 to test your fresh or saltwater. Whereas Petco does the testing for free. Knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this shop for supplies, but I would not buy any fish from here.

I called last week to make a house appointment to clean my aquarium I was referred to someone named SethnI called him and set up an appointment. I should have known he was unprofessional when I was speaking to him. Sounded like he was on another planet. I had to repeat everything three times.nSo it was no surprise to me that he was a NO SHOW!!!!!nNo phone call or heads up that he was not coming....nwhat upset me the most is that I called Texas Tropical &Marine to inform them of the situation, and they could have cared less. I think it was an employee who had no vested interest in the business because he basically did not care. Seth is the one who was suppose to come to my house. Searched everywhere for Assassin Snails for my bladder snail infestation. Called and Texas Tropical had them! I came in and the guy was super friendly and quickly got my snails.nNothing on the shop, but these snails have done nothing for the infestation ud83dude05
