Chase Bank

I don’t understand why you can’t finish out all business that’s waiting in the drive thru line. Not only does it waste my time to sit in line for several minutes but you should have a better way of cutting business off. Really frustrating to watch the guy in front of me handle his business then tell me sorry.

Closed and no posted notice? Very unprofessional. Was advised to drive 30 min because the branch manager wouldn’t make my deposit. It doesn’t take 5 people to take a deposit. This branch needs better management.

The staff here has a terminal case of incompetence and laziness. Avoid at all costs. Much better off going to the DeZavala branch where the professionals are.

When I drove up to this Chase Bank drive thorough yesterday, i was surprised by the pleasant greeting teller Leslie gave me. And I found the deposit and withdraw split already in the canister before I asked for it.nLeslie changed my view of chase bank drive through service. Keep up good work Leslie!

The lady at the drive through “Chrissy” was extremely rude, and unprofessional. Where is the “customer obsession” that Chase brags about? Because of her behavior, I honestly just wanted to close out my bank account with chase and go to a different bank. Their website says they close at 2pm. I got to the drive through at 12:20. There was another young lady there with her and they BOTH ignored me and left me waiting at the drive though for about 10 minutes. Then finally at 12:30 Chrissy approached the drive through and told me that they were closed. I explained to her that I just needed to take out cash and she then yelled at me “YOU CAN GO TO THE ATM” I tried explaining to her that I lost my debit card but she wouldn’t let me get a word in. She then yelled at me once again “We close at 12:30” (which by the way I got there 10 minutes before closing) and she said their Vault was closed. Which leads me to believe that they closed their vault before actual closing time. And that the reason they left me waiting in the drive through is because they were rushing to close their vault so they wouldn’t take my transaction. I can not believe they allow their staff to speak to their customers this way. Again, their google page states they close at 2. The worst experience ever.nI wish I could leave zero stars. Thank you Chrissy for ruining the positive years of experience I’ve had with chase. Your one bad interaction with a customer made all those years go down the drain.
