Helpful location with a drive through ATM and a walk up ATM in the foyer. Skip the car line by parking and walking up to the indoor ATM. If you want to access the drive up ATM don't go to the front of the building or you'll have to drive all the way around. Drive to the back and approach from the rear. Save yourself some time.
Went here Saturday January 18, 2020 to discuss the possibility of becoming a Chase member with someone. I stood in line for about 15 minutes and was told I could not be assisted because someone called out and they were short staffed. If someone calls out, your job doesn’t stop, you should set the expectation that there may be a wait, not that services cannot be rendered. You can not turn potential members or current members away because someone doesn’t show up to work. If this is the way Chase does business, then I made a great decision going with American Express the same day!
If I could I put negative 2 stars I would, say in line for nearly an hour. Just for them to say they can’t cash my check when asked why I was given an “I don’t know sorry” response. Didn’t bother to ask if I wanted to speak to anyone that would know. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME

Had me sitting in the drive thru 30 min to cash a check. And at the end they couldn't do it. First Bank I have ever been to that took that long to cash a check and then they said they couldn't. Useless. They don't seem to know what they are doing.
