This is by far the best BOA in the city of San Antonio!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish the manager would go around to the other locations and train their people to be like his team. I recently moved here from Houston and always used Amegy Bank, I switch to BOA because of the great people at this location!!!

One teller only and long waits. Other teller just walked off. Be prepared to wait a long time here.

I've had an 11 year history with this bank and it's had its ups and downs, and right now it is somewhere in the middle. Yes, 2 stars is in the middle for this bank.nBesides generally feeling like im being scammed here, I have to agree with most that lines move very slowly and that at least one teller is completely useless. That teller is Cora. Cora is absolute garbage of the worst degree. Her long fake nails obstruct her from counting money and using a keyboard (literally her entire job), and even then she is slower than a rock. When one of the other tellers amazed me by being the first after 10 years to remember my name (after asking the first time), Cora asked and has proceeded to call me by THE WRONG NAME EVERY SINGLE TIME despite literally having my ID in hand. It literally makes my day substantially worse every time I see that she is the only teller working.nnThe reason I say that right now BoA is somewhere in the middle is that the other teller I mentioned is wonderful and, since I canceled most of my accounts here, BoA hasn't tried to scam me as badly as years past.nnIf you dont have a bank yet, use a credit union.
