I will never open an account here. I'm a temp worker, and needed to cash a $62.00 check drawn on their bank and was charged $8.00 because I don't have an account with them. Talk about greed and taking advantage of the most vulnerable. A check cashing place only charges 1%. I was at the drive through and thought the lady said $1.00 would be charged. When I discovered what happened I was already away from the window. I tried going in to complain, but the line was almost out the door with only one teller. It's a loss. This is why Chase branches are closing. Below star rating.
Walked in to get online charges reversed, was met by three people who were doing nothing but could not be botheredud83eudd75
One worker in drive thru, 1 worker at window. 5 employees standing around. Waited 25 minutes for a withdraw.
They didn't have enough tellers for the amount of customers on the most busy day in America. The 3rd. All the people waiting to do their transactions
Unbelievable slow .. if we have a only option to drive true chase bank employees have be faster.. but not this location
