This bank is only good for free atms they don’t help with literally any issues you have. I got scammed by a car company and they took my down payment and never gave me the car and the bank won’t help file fraud charges to help me get my money back since I authorized the payment. I regret using this bank card for the purchase because compass bank would have got my money back in days with their fraud department. Now I literally have to hire a lawyer to get my money back when every other bank would help in this process.

Absolutely the worst customer service and attitude, never coming back here. They need to learn from other banks like Pioneer, Broadway, etc.
