Covid restrictions making for longer wait times as expected but customer service from security guard apoligizing for wait and offering water and places to sit was nice. Too bad banking with this company isnt as pleasant.

I have a personal account with them for a while. Every time I go in they ask me to open a business account. Finally I made up my mind to do that. I have made the appointments twice and every time they had cancelled it as the banker did not show up or they do not have a small business specialist. Why the heck do you guys make appointments when you don't live up-to it? I work 7 days a week and made an appointment on Saturday 9 AM prior to work as I need to be at work by 10 AM. They don't bother about your time. I will never ever give my business to them.

Unpleasant welcome and unprofessional attitude by the lady on counter for my appointment ,might never go to the same location again need much better professional for welcome there clients to make them sit and wait for there appointments.nShe had all my info infront of her screen after showing my online appointment but she keep asking me questions regarding my visit very unprofessional .
