Wells Fargo Bank

Setup an appointment for 1pm for my wife and I to update our account information. We took time off of work, my wife had to take unpaid leave. We have a toddler and disabled teenager which make our schedule very full. With that said we don’t expect special treatment, we all have challenges in life and only mentioned it to highlight our frustration. Our experience left use feeling treated with a total disregard for our time and lack of common courtesy.nnWe waited nearly 10 mins in the lobby at our scheduled time before anyone acknowledged we were there. There were at least 4 staff members 3 of whom saw us but didn’t greet us or ask the reason for our visit. They walked right past us or glanced our directed and went back to do something else. There was one other customer on the inside who was working with someone at a desk. When we were acknowledged, we were told that someone in the back double booked us and the banker would get to us when finished working with the customer they have.nnIt’s difficult to articulate the attitude, but our perception was they felt bother or inconvenienced by us. When telling us they doubled booked, no one took responsibility and no one apologized. We were told from across the lobby to basically wait with no estimate on how long it would be.nnUltimately we had to leave. We allowed 45 mins in our schedule for a simple name update, but couldn’t wait in the lobby with no idea how long we would be there.nnI have two stars because the inside was very clean and someone was cleaning/disinfecting area for the time we were there.

Slowest drive through experience ever. Only two lanes open that could be used during lunch time? I spent the whole hour in line since i couldn't back up and leave. Other customers were getting out the car to see what the hold up was. Based on all the previous comment this is a known issue for months and i guess nothing being done about it.

This branch has the slowest bank tellers ever! The line literally wraps around to the street, I waited for 30 minutes and it only moved 2 cars. Will not be returning to this location ever again with those wait times.

Pathetic! They don't let you go inside the bank! Not even hospitals do it and they are in the front line! Greedy selfish bankers stealing ppls moneys!

Pathetic! They only do appointment. You can go to any business with a mask and a plastic wall and it works. Even hospitals allow you to go in the business and they are in the front lines! Terrible and selfish.
