I'm happy with the tellers, who know who i am. I came from a bank down the street which was always rotating their staff, and in spite of me having three accounts and two loans, no one in the bank knew me at all.
I have been banking with this bank for 7 years. They are kind and extremely helpful and professional, and I love that there is a very strong family atmosphere. Through transition they have never had a hitch in helping me with my banking needs. They are the best!!!
I have been banking here for several years. Kim & Susan are amazing ladies. They have helped us in so many ways. Through the transition I had an issue trying to figure out online banking and they were quick to help get it resolved. They always treat us like family and go above and beyond to help in any situation. Very detailed and organized. Thanks ladies for making this the BEST bank in Belton TX!
Not professional, horrible customer service, and very rude. One girl here(I believe her name is Kim) was walking around with a blanket and dresses very unappealing and to me that looks like she doesn't care about her job. If I'm going to trust these people with my money then I would suggest they dress more professionally like other banks do. If they keep up this horrible service, I will change banks to one that appreciates my money.
