Absolutely love this branch! Everyone is so nice and kind, I hardly have any issues at all! And if I do, they do everything they can to help.
Friendliest bank staff I come across in quite a while
So I'm stuck in japan right now and my credit card got blocked...you are suppose to be able to unblock it if you have the app but it wont work not only that the only way I can unblock it is if I swim across the ocean and show to one of their banks with my id to prove its me. Too many problems with this bank I'm done with them once I find my way back.
Super friendly staff! Everyone gives you a smile and asks about your day.
As usual another bank that is money hungry. $38 for insufficient fees????? The online banking is days behind as well...
