All I have to say is I’m pretty disappointed and will be closing all accounts with WellsFargo. Anyone recommend a better bank?
I don't know why others have so many issues... I have a mortgage, 2 vehicle loans, a credit card, checking and savings, plus my business accounts. Ifelt Stu blessed they gave me a wholeyear of not paying my mortgage during the covid thing and they just tacked it at the end of the loan with a new pay off date is all. Plus 3 months of not paying our vehicle payments. They saved us. And the better part? We didn't have to ask. When we logged in, it asked if we needed help and if you clicked yes they gave you the options... Then done! They reached out to the people. Other banks not so much. Been with them over 10 years and not a single problem on any end. Once years ago they even refunded more than policy allowed so we could pay our electric bill. If you're responsible and kind... You shouldn't have any issues.
They keep you waiting forever in the drive through. Plan to be here like 30 minutes
Closing the drive thru at 5pm doesn't help us workers that get off at 5pm
I’ve had WF for almost 10 years and never had any issues and the locations are everywhere BUT being Temple is the only one in the surrounding areas I’ve had so many issues with the ATM. It is ALWAYS down and I don’t want to drive all the way to Harker Heights just for that one to be down too. Please add more ATM’s in this area or keep this one in service. It’s inconvenient to not be able to withdraw or deposit when I need to.
