Horrible Customer Service and Pricing!!! This place is only in it for the MONEY. Visit was a nightmare. I went there for a basic checkup and basic bloodwork and the provider ordered unnecessary labs that were not discussed with me during my visit that cost me over $150. This was in addition to the $100 fee I had to pay for the office visit. Provider would not discuss my lab results with me over the phone nor would they provide them to me via mail. They would only discuss them if I made another appointment so that they could capture another office visit copay from me. I called the office multple times and was never able to speak with anyone regarding my labs or copay that I owed. I was told I would be called back each time and no one ever called. This place is absolutely the worst. I am a healthcare provider as well and would definitely NEVER recommend this place because of their very poor customer service and the fact they only care about how much money they can get out of you.

Not only did I wait 6 weeks for my appointment the front desk said I didn’t have an appointment. The front desk were rude and none of the staff had mask on when we are in a pandemic. My room was dirty and the walls are so thin I could hear everything The patient next-door was saying. I’m never going back there. My family canceled all their future appointments

The staff here is amazing caring people. I love Megan Ellis she is the best, straight forward and to the point. If you need a dr this is where you want to go.

You won’t find better practitioners for treating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Great staff, wonderful practice

My husband and I were both referred to Dr Joe. My husband had lots of health issues and we hoped tests would have given us answers but they did not. We ended up going to someone that tested him and found he had Lyme disease in his brain as well as other issues. The medications that Dr Reid prescribed were causing problems, so we opted to go with degreed natural dr. to decrease effects of drugs on his body, particularly as his body was healing. Dr Reid agreed to still follow up with bloodwork to help him keep an eye on issues.nI had an unknown infection a month ago, went to Dr Reid. He basically agreed to help with a few tests and medications for me. The med he gave me for another issue was below potency of where it had been. I returned on Oct 13th and he agreed to help because pain was affecting my ability to work. He agreed to extend time off until dentist could reevaluate situation. A few days later we each received letters much to our shock and bewilderment stating that Dr had basically terminated us and totally lied. I called office, practice manager. She called back. I got back to her Tuesday with my concerns and she said she or someone else would call me back that day. Over a week later, she and her staff have ignored us. We ended up going into office and we were told that they couldn't find our charts. Took them 20 minutes to find my chart and make copies of 12 pages. Staff acted very shifty about not being able to find chart. We were discriminated against for leaning a little bit too much to the natural side of things. We have never received such treatment in our lives! Very disappointing experience!! Too many falsehoods going on there.
