Back in October, i woke up to my Doberman, best friend of seven years.. unconscious and unresponsive.. this group and Dr Lee were so COMPASSIONATE, CARING, LOVING and easy to deal with. I cannot put into words with how thankful I am for them trying to save my baby and helping her get stable enough to be transported to UTK vet center. They showed me so much love in such time of distress and emotions. I’ll forever be grateful and thankful for them answering and getting me in, in the wee hours of the morning. After learning of her passing they sent me the sweetest card of condolences. Thank you guys. Y’all are wonderful. (She passed from undetected hermangiosarcoma in case anyone is wondering)

There was a kitten that a woman left mangled that was in her tire well. She pull out the kitten and left it in the parking lot. I got the kitten and wrapped it’s arm. I called BMPEV and spoke with the lady Kim, she gave me several resources and then told me that it would be best to bring it in. I got there- Kim met me at the door, she got the kitten took it in the doctor looked at the kitten. Kim came back and told me everything that was bring. I told her I could pay for the exam and She told me that the leg would have to be amputated- I was devastated! She gave me the option to surrender the kitten and they would provide the amputation, Antibiotics, wound care, vaccines, spay the kitten, and most importantly provide the kitten love and affection. She said, they would keep it at the office as a office kitten as she would help other cats when she was old enough. I was overwhelmed at her kindness, as I could not afford this procedure to save this kitten’s life. I was overjoyed, wanting to help this kitten have a happy ending, for such a strong kitten to survive such a traumatic little innocent kitten to experience. I cried thanked her again. I was so humbled by this clinic’s kindness and compassion. I would recommend BMPEV to anyone. They are completely compassionate and helpful in such stressful times. If you have to use an ER Vet- I would highly recommend them! Thank you again Kim and Dr. Miller!!

They did there best to save my sweet luna unfortunately she couldn't be saved but they made sure she got to the crematorium so she could be cremated got me ink paw and nose prints amd made me a clay pawprint with some of her hair and sent me a sympathy card in the mail they are awesome but I hope I dont have to use them again for a long time

These folks are amazing!! They immediately checked out our cat, told us our options and gave us some ball park pricing and recommendations. Unfortunately we had to have her put down but they gave us time alone and were very sympathetic and patient with us. You could tell the compassion they had for our cat and for us as well. I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend!!
