Went 2 hours sitting in a room without a single person coming to check on my wife over a SEVERE health issue. No sense of urgency, nobody seemed to be on the same page, paper work was lost, bloodwork was drawn, and then someone else came in to draw blood and we had to tell them the blood has been drawn. They kept asking her what her name was, not the usual name check, but they literally had no organization or cohesiveness seemed to be doing their own thing. Spoke with an actual doctor for less than 5 minutes. Waited 2.5 hours for the Doctor to come back with X Ray results. He came in and asked if they’ve done an X Ray yet. This place is terrible. If you can avoid it, do so. This place needs shut down. They do not care for the patients.

Absolutely Horrible. Experience. Wish I could give Zero StarsnDaughter was in car accident, we drove her here Not by ambulance so they left her here in the lobby with no collar for her neck. The nursing staff didn't want to acknowledge that she was in shock and walked around ingoring her cries for help. After being called back she was placed in room and isolated her from the others ( not because of the virus) but keep from complaints from being heard.. It's is time this Hospital be closed and reopened under a organization that wants to treat patients with respect and dignity. I have worked with other hospitals and this one needs a major makeover. I so testify of all this from our experience and others who waited in the parking lot in their cars.

Horrible E.R. Service!!! Nurses so disrespectful. A Red head nurse that goes by the name Jennifer told us that its to early in the morning to hear any complaints and that if we don't like what the frick (since it has to be sensored) they are doing we can take our almost 2 year old son somewhere else like they didn't even care for his well-being! Also where just setting out in the lobby socializing about food while a lady down the hall was just constantly vomiting and not one nurse even try to move to go assist with the other patient! I truly believe we need them gone and someone who actually cares get the job. If this can't be done I honestly think the hospital should be shut down before someone dies on the watch of a nurse who just doesn't care and just there to draw a check!!!

I work and I cannot get an appointment for a mammogram after school because they stop at 3:00. I tried to make one during my lunch but that can’t happen either because they go to lunch. I am sure I am not the only person that works after 3.

Took my baby to the ER with reports of continual fever, diarrhea, baby’s refusal to eat and drink and breathing difficulties. Asked for help in identifying what my child is sick with, in fear of him soon dehydrating or worse due to continual sickness. The Dr never stepped into the treatment room and never laid eyes on my child. After requesting that the Dr at least speak with me, he sent a message via the nurse that it would be several hours before he would talk to us.....if we wanted him to or we could leave if we wanted because he didn’t see any need to do bloodwork since my baby’s vitals were within range at that moment. Since the Dr is so good that he could apparently complete his diagnosis from another room in the hospital and decided my child’s sickness and life wasn’t worthy of at least a 30 second room visit and assessment, we decided to leave and seek help elsewhere. Upon exiting the treatment area, reception staff stopped me with my pale, sick, crying child and asked for my insurance card and to sign papers to authorize them to bill me for today’s services.
