I cannot express my gratitude to this hospital for the wonderful care to my family member that was on palliative care. I work in a main hospital in Denver Colorado also. I cannot express without them knowing that I was a medical professional the amazing care of my family member received even though they were on end of life care. Everything they did was perfect and that is a very rare for me to find and a medical system. I promise you I could find no problems. very thankful to the many nurses and awesome CNAs on the floor! You guys are amazing ❤ufe0f

So most of the nurses are absolutely fantastic at their job here, so nice and informative, but there are several who think it's okay to offer personal opinions when they aren't wanted nor needed to the family members of patients. One nurse told me that my dad couldn't talk on the phone and I said okay sorry he just hasn't spoken to his son in a long time and this woman had the audacity to say well it could be forever. Totally uncalled for and unnecessary.

Wait was loooong at ER what tests the patience some. Maybe a more frequent update of progress might ease the wait some, so you know you are not forgotten and the process is still moving on. The staff was great though, thanks for all you do !!!!

Let me start by saying , the nursing staff is under paid and under appreciated. I stayed on the 3rd floor for a little over two weeks and the nurses made that stay way easier. The thing is everyone in there is sick , hurt , vulnerable and a lot of times lonely. They not only provided excellent medical care but exceptional compassion to everyone I met. There not the biggest hospital. They don't have the best medical equipment. But what they do have is nurse's who CARE !!!

AVOID. Their ER visits are almost all deemed level 5 (most expensive). If you go and have an X-Ray and blood draw done to confirm what you already knew was the problem, they will make you a level 5 to charge you as much as they can. Went through a review of my bill (which took 3 months) and they didn’t even call me to tell me the review was done or the rationale for why the bill was still level 5 other than “we did an x ray and drew blood so level 5”. This hospital is a true scam and should be ashamed of their point system for ER visits. It is a cash grab plain and simple.
