My mom went to an appointment today, was treated very rudely, and was not given any answers or given any direction on how to fix what is going on. Even the nurse was rude to her. You would think people would be a little nicer, especially since going to a gynecologist is already nerve wrecking. I understand having bad days, but treating people with human decency should be a thing when you are one on one with them.

Dr Goodwin is a wonderful doctor. She takes the time to listen to you.

Called as soon as they opened. Left a voicemail for the nurse informing her that I am 7 weeks pregnant and had started cramping and bleeding around 11 last night and didn't know if I needed to come in today or wait until my appointment tomorrow and I still haven't gotten a call back. I know some woman bleed during their first trimester but I'm also cramping and that worries me so I would like to know what I need to do, rather it's wait or go to the hospital or come to their office... something! But it's taking them a ridiculous amount of time to call me back with a response to my current problem. Also, even the reception desk is sending me to voicemail. If they are honestly that busy then they shouldn't be accepting new patients or need to hire more staff. This place has aggravated me very much and their response time sucks. So one star.

They want to judge for from over 3 years ago for being 15 mins late having 4 small kids a year apart and no help. I was told this time 2 appointments the wrong time and i still had shown up early but they say i need to be 30 minutes early, why if my card says say 330 or the dr tells me 230 why do i need to come 30 monutes early as long as im on time and all my paper work has already been done. Makes no sense i called asked to speak to manager of course she was out the girl that said i could make any more appts there wont call me back knowing im high risk and this is the only high risk clinic we have here so if something happens to me or my baby i will have a lawsuit. I also have the recorded calls and cards with appt times on them as well as time stamped photos of what time i walked in the door. It shouldn't be about me its to care for my baby. I asked politely for one more chance to prove myself that i do come on time now because my husband helps me but inwas given the wrong dat and time bith times and can prove it so if they dont see me i may go ahead with a lawsuit. Ridiculous i wish dr small would leave that horrid place they think they are gods and they are just receptionist. Ill call back again today to soeak with the manager if they don't fix it im done ill speak with my attorney.
