Treatment was adequate but they keep billing for what was previously paid. Now, after myletters and phone calls, they are threating to turn the paid bill to a collection agency. I will never go there again. I have filed a complaint with the state.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. My husband just had surgery on his shoulder and the staff made the wait time feel like nothing! They were so sweet, joked around with us, offered me food and drinks while I was waiting. The doctor who operated on my husband was very detailed, professional, and an extremely nice guy. Overall, we both had an awesome experience!

Unity has gotten a little better since I first went there years ago. They need a radiologist who can actually read an x-ray. On several occasions other hospitals, or drs, have found missed fractures or problems. Here's an idea for the ER, some people are actually in pain, and not drug seeking. Broke my foot, got treated like a street person wanting drugs to get high. Until the x- Ray came back, the dr was rude and disbelieving. Even though I refused pain meds.nThe new complex across the road is nice, but what is it with all the rude people in Manchester. Mary doing my test needs to learn to be polite and not move my body parts. Instead ask me to do it. Slow down ppl, it's not a race.nDo not like giving my personal information in an entry with people walking by listening.nAnything past my name is personal information. The young man at the front door is Just doing his job, people need to not take their problems out on him. People are acting way crazy since Covid 19 hit. HIPAA and privacy laws got thrown right out the window. Not consistent at all.

Please I am asking no I am begging everyone to please don't go to Unity Hospital that Dr. Daniel is one of the main administrators of the hospital if you feel sick. I am going to put the same statement as a review for the hospital. I am not going to call to talk with the hospital unless the hospital is telling me that it is time to discharge my Granny to home health services. My Granny since admitted for a hip fracture, and at first symptomatic Covid with medicine given followed by the next day being assymptomatic with no medicine given. There is 3 Covid patients in the hospital which my Granny is getting better, but surrounded by conditions that she doesn't need to be around. She has been given a old prescription medication of blood pressure medication I know because I am the one that called to see from Granny's Cardiologist. She is supposed to be taking her blood pressure medication in the morning, at bedtime, and a aspirin a day. Her dressing from her surgery she has been having to change her own self. They finally give her a band aid yesterday after I submitted a complaint, investigation, and a grievance against Unity, and Granny's medical Doctors for medical negligence, emotional damage for what I recorded on my phone as a Doctor screaming at my Granny while I was on the phone when she is completely deaf in one ear, and has only half of her hearing with a hearing aid that the hospital didn't know about until I brought it to the attention, for not coming into the room to see her just sticking their head in the door to talk to a 89 Years Old half deaf patient to tell her what they need to be standing in front of her saying as medical staff. My Granny is walking herself with a walker, but yet will not discharge, and even told my Granny while she set crying, and begging to please let me go home while I have that on a recorder on my phone. I have not even been to the hospital, and I am able to find out all that I need to know from a very sweet friend employee saying if I am fired so be it because I am not going to watch this happen, and not say anything that I will not say my Friends name, but they have treated my Granny compared to a animal in a cage. I have a appointment with a damn good lawyer later this morning, and I am going to file with enough evidence to easily win a medical negligence lawsuit that is including the primary caregivers that she has at home which the hospital although mind you Granny is mobile on her own. I am going to be working on some emergency legal paperwork all day today until my Granny is home. So far I have made a lot of progress. I am not the type to do this without good cause, but my Granny is literally my adopted Mama when my biological Mama signed custody of me over to my Grandparents at 11 Years Old. The insurance has told me that I have the right to do what I can legally, and highly suggested that my Granny be discharged home, and with home health services on a emergency basis, but since Unity will not do so I have to do what my Granny is protected under the Cares Act, and Hero's Act that has given patients rights, and family members rights for the patients care. I am also going to be working on home health services as my Granny's insurance suggested that I do because I have been working on that since Monday as I have a lot of medical family members, and friends. Unless you are going to pray for my Granny which our Family sincerely appreciate, and if anyone wants to be included in the lawsuit then I don't suggest that you cover up for anyone just because your family member is going to be included in the medical negligence lawsuit. Please feel free to share information, and advice that would be helpful.

I took my son today and I have to say that the people who were working in the emergency room were absolutely wonderful. From the front desk to the Dr and the nurses all exceptional when it came to handling a nervous young man. The staff that was there today mid afternoon Amazing job.
