AWESOME ANIMAL CLINIC! I have been taking my furry friends to this clinic for several years now. I have had visits with varoius different doctors on staff and have been highly impressed with each one. Very knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Prices are WAY better than anywhere else I've been. If you're looking for a really good place to take your critters for medical care, this is the place! Thank you Dr. Wagner and everyone else at BL Animal Clinic!
Went in for a puppy exam, vet tech/assistant was presentable, seemed very nice. I assumed by her that my appointment with the vet would be great, not the case. The vet walked in, she showed me an enlarged blood vessel in my puppies eye then looked at her stomach and said okay well let me see if I have prevention for her as she's very small. Did not have very good customer service with me as a client. Maybe it was due to it being the end of the day, yes I had an appointment I just felt being a new client this would of went better.no puppy packets given for new puppies, nothing. Just not satisfied.wont be back.
Great place to take your fur-babies. I gave it 4 stars just because I don't like not being able to actually speak with the Vet. Due to Covid, I had to drop my dog off curbside. (Unfortunately that's the norm right now)
the service is great, I have been taking my dog's there for over 10 years. they really take good care of my babies
I live in Aiken, SC and I travel to Batesburg for veterinarian services. I have used several vets in Aiken and the customer service and treatment of the animals doesn't compare to the quality of care received in Batesburg by the vets and support staff. Highly recommend!!! Kudos to Rhonda and Olivia today for excellent service.
