I have used this service twice now. Once about 6-7 yrs ago and again today. Yrs ago Todd Kirven was our technician, great person knew his stuff. Knew how to talk to a customer. Today the owners son came out you talk about someone who is rude. This man was very rude. Very rushed, if you don't like your job. it is time for you to get out and find something you like. If there was another repair service around I will call them next time.

We just had some oven warranty repair work performed by Logan's. Johnny was our technician and he was prompt, courteous, and very professional. We are giving him 6 stars out of five! We strongly recommend Logan's to anyone requiring their services!

They are the business to call if you have an issue with an appliance or replacement part (s). Extremely knowledgeable of the ins & outs of appliances of yesterday and today. They will even come to you.
