I gave a 1 star for the front end staff Dr Tapp way to expensive not concerned about your pet at all she is all about money if you have a atm machine then she is the vet for you i dont even know how she is still in business in our small town she needs to be in a rich town her treatment of people with not alot of money is awful she needs to learn compassion 4 people matter of fact she is not a truthful person and only wants your money so beware of So called Dr Tapp
