I'm usually one hour or less, in and out, total time. Friendly, compassionate people.

We saw Ms. Teal this evening. I was very impressed by both her professionalism and the amount of time she took talking with my son and me. We hope to continue seeing her for all our future visits.

Regarding C Fernandez, I searched our EHR and there is no record of this person in our system, certainly not seen by me. Therefore I can’t comment as to “people skill”. Everyone has an opinion and she is the opposite of the wonderful comment by Ms Marsh.nI can comment some about the patient complaining about calling for meds , wrong med, 3 day weekend etc. Has never seen me, but, seen seldom by other providers and called in prior to the holiday weekend. There may not have been a provider that day at 4:00, but when working - I’m there till 6:00 4 days per week as well as the same for NP Teal. Seems that a few people tried to address her concern, in spite of sparse visits. My personal policy is if not seen in 6 months, no refill until office visit.nWe are all human have good, bad days and are here to assist patients as best we can. We have to make clinical judgements that are in disagreement with thoughts that many patients come in self diagnosed and “know” what medication will treat them, often an antibiotic - which can lead to dissatisfaction. Unfortunately we are not Walmart and unable to sometimes offer complete satisfaction, but we try.

Takes 3 hours just to get called back. Then when you finally get called back. It takes 2 more hours before you see the doctor. The nurses always playing and laughing and not doing there job, and the doctor worser then the nurses.

The Cheraw office of Caresouth should be closed. I only go there because I have no insurance but you are better off going to Hartsville. I have had to sit in the waiting room for over 2 hours just to have labs done. The front desk just failed to tell nurse that I was there. Just this week I called for a meds refill and they said that they would call it in to CSC pharmacy. Got there to pick it up and it wasn't there , went around to the office and they said it was sent to other pharmacy. Called that pharmacy and they had perscription for two of the meds but a third medicine that I wasn't on. Instead of a blood pressure med, they had prescription for Abilify. Have never taken that and it could have been life threatening if I had. Since no nurse or doctor at office at 4:00 when office closes at 6:00, Had to wait till after a 3 day weekend without meds. Sounds like nurse called in wrong med to wrong pharmacy. They dont care about patients. Don't go there.
