Updated: someone called me and dicussed my concerns. It was a miss communication. My sons surgery was scheduled for 8 but someone I was told 7 and I was supposed to be there at 7am but someone was told surgery was at 7 am and be there at 530... I feel better about the concern nownnI’ll never schedule another surgery here. Waiting 3 hours to be taken back for a 6 year old. Come on. I will NOT be back and this is the worst service I’ve experienced

I would like to give a special thanks to nurse Conner he has been great since he became my nurse he has made my stay excellent he is very kind and understanding and I love that about him. So I just had to give him a special thanks. Thanks nurse Conner u get a big thumbs up from me keep up the good work thanks.

Our services were provided by Alliancehealth Midwest EMS for ambulance services we received on February 7, 2020. My husband received good care and the response time was good. Our disappointment comes from their billing procedures. Our insurance was billed, and the bill was paid. Over a year later, we received an invoice for $41.00 dated March 8, 2021 - FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY shown as Professional Account Services, Inc. WE HAD NEVER RECEIVED A BILL PRIOR TO THE NOTICE FROM THE COLLECTION AGENCY. I contacted my insurance carrier to verify the claim had been paid, and was advised this $41.00 amount reflected our co-pay for service. I attempted to contact Alliancehealth Midwest EMS but was unable to reach them by phone, as noted by a recording stating “heavy call volume”. I was unable to contact them online, as their link to their site showed “unavailable” due to maintenance. I was able to make contact with the Alliance Health billing office, and they were able to take my payment over the phone. They also verified that they had our correct billing address, which proved we were NEVER billed; however, after over a year, they intentionally and knowingly sent this small amount to collections without even the decency of a phone call first. The professional and helpful person on the phone was kind, considerate, and apologetic.nA bit difficult to pay a bill you have no knowledge of - and to be kicked in the teeth with it going straight to collection is completely irresponsible.

Came for a kidney infection, pain equivalent of kidney stones and it took over an hour an a half to get any kind of pain relief. (Empty waiting room) Nurse was rude, doctor seemed to care only about racking up a bill and only administration came by asking for billing information and asked if she could make me more comfortable with a blanket. Awful service will never be returning!

My mom and I are still mind blown with the experience at Midwest Alliance. If you can avoid this place-do. So many things so wrong. From the moment we were there to the moment we left.nI ended up here only bc of an emergency surgery, my Surgeon I initially see at a diff location and I really like him so I’m only putting 3 stars bc I like him and my nurses; it’s not their fault they are overworked
